1. The Premise

DieLadung is a peer-to-peer file transfer tool. We do not host, store, or retain the contents of the files you transfer. We provide the software to securely connect your devices directly to one another.

2. No Cloud Storage

By design, files sent via DieLadung travel directly from the sender’s device to the receiver’s device. Because we have no access to them, we cannot perform content moderation, enforce copyright takedowns, or recover lost files. The interaction is entirely between the sender and the recipient.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DieLadung to distribute illegal material or malware. While we cannot monitor the content of transfers, we want this tool to be used responsibly.

4. Software License & Liability

The DieLadung software is proprietary. You are free to download and use the software for its intended purpose. The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, intercepted connections, or damages arising from the use of the software.

5. Telemetry & Data Collection

We want to be completely transparent about data collection: there is none. The application does not include telemetry trackers, product analytics, or crash reporters.
